Job Description
Your Role
- Coordinating the logistics of recruitment events across various locations to support external job fairs and internal recruitment open days.
- Creating and managing a centralised events calendar, event set-up, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all event materials and equipment are delivered and returned on time – maintaining an accurate asset register.
- Maintaining accurate records of event participation, feedback, and outcomes.
- Acting as a key point of contact for event-related queries.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

Other Information:
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 0900-1700.
- Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour.
- Duration of Assignment: Until end of December (potential to be extended).
- Start Date: 1st September.
- Location: Sheffield, S98 6HR (Hybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 days WFH).
