Factory Operative (Production)

Our client is a well established manufacturer known for producing some of the best quality products on the market. They are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join their Production team.

You'll be at the heart of turning raw aluminium and other materials into finished product, cutting, punching, modifying, and fabricating parts to a high standard.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 15:30
• Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

• Cutting, punching, and preparing aluminium and other materials to technical drawings
• Carrying out measurement and quantity checks alongside a senior team member
• Setting up and operating machinery safely
• Working with the team to keep production runs on schedule
• Reporting quality concerns promptly
• Keeping the work area safe, tidy, and organised
• Completing regular stock checks and flagging low stock items
• Supporting other departments and general duties as required

What We're Looking For

• A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential
• A safety conscious approach and comfort working with machinery
• A team player who takes pride in getting things right
• Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly
