Job Description

Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career within a prestigious Investment Bank? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-touch environments, enjoy leveraging innovative tech to streamline processes, and excel in delivering seamless candidate experiences across a variety of hiring programs?

We’re on the lookout for a standout Recruitment Coordinator with 3–5 years’ experience, ideally gained in mid-sized boutique investment firms or within financial services. This is a temporary onsite role based in Central London (with flexibility for 1 day remote), where you’ll be instrumental in shaping exceptional candidate journeys—from early careers to senior hires.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a central role in executing recruitment strategies and managing processes that leave a lasting impression. From scheduling high-volume interviews and coordinating onboarding activities, to supporting events and collaborating closely with recruitment, intern managers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate interviews, liaising with candidates, agencies, and stakeholders across the business
• Tech Enablement: Champion innovative tech tools to continuously refine and elevate the recruitment experience
• Candidate Support: Act as a guide for program participants from pre-hire to onboarding, handling escalations with care and efficiency
• Communication & Admin: Maintain strong communication channels and manage distribution of recruitment-related resources
• Onboarding Logistics: Oversee desk setup, tech deployment, audit requirements, and workspace preparation
• Event Coordination: Plan and deliver onboarding events with professionalism and attention to detail
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams across the bank to keep programs on track and ensure world-class delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or program support, ideally within boutique investment or financial services environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven record of high-volume scheduling
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Exposure to dynamic settings with senior professionals and fast-moving priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting early careers, internship, or DEI-focused hiring programs
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday, and scheduling tools that maximize efficiency
• Prior involvement in onboarding processes in highly regulated or investment-focused organizations

Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team where your contributions will shape talent experiences from day one. You’ll work on the floor of an award-winning investment bank, gaining valuable exposure to both operations and the teams you’re recruiting for.

The Details:

• £17-£22 an hour inclusive of holiday depending on experience
• Immediate start date or within 1 week's notice
