We’re hiring a
Team Assistant to support senior-level professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll collaborate with assistants and colleagues across global offices, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role – such as Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Coordinator
- Confident in managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused setting
Key responsibilities:- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and international conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising global, multi-stop travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Handling visa applications and travel documentation
- Processing monthly expense claims
- Working collaboratively with other assistants and providing support where needed
What’s on offer:- 6-month contract to start, with potential to extend to 12–18 months based on performance
- Office-based role – 5 days per week

- £16.00–£18.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
