Key responsibilities will include:- Welcoming clients, visitors, and internal staff with professionalism and warmth
- Managing the reception area, phone lines, post, couriers, and meeting room bookings
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and client-ready at all times
- Providing day-to-day support to EAs, office managers, and senior leadership
- Assisting with internal events, team logistics, and ad hoc admin duties
- Helping maintain a well-organised, calm and professional front-of-house experience
We’re looking for someone who:- Has 1–4 years’ experience in a reception or client-facing support role
- Brings a confident, engaging, and approachable attitude
- Is polished, reliable, and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
- Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Takes initiative and stays calm under pressure
- Enjoys being the go-to person in the office
