You’ll bring previous front-of-house experience, confidence, and a can-do attitude. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience within the investment sector. 

What you’ll do:

• Deliver a warm, professional first impression to employees, visitors and VIPs
• Manage a busy reception desk, calls, enquiries and supporting with administration from expenses to taxi coordination 
• Coordinate meetings and support smooth day-to-day operations
