Job Description
We’re seeking for outstanding, driven and outgoing Assistant who will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing calendars, competing deadlines within a client-focused, and fast-paced environment.
This is a superb opportunity for a proactive individual, who has gained a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, ideally within the investment sector, professional services or a fast-paced environment from PR to events or television production. You’ll join a collaborative and high‑performing team working closely with Managing Directors, Partners and a wider team. You’ll play a central role in ensuring that the teams day-to-day runs smoothly, offering a strategic approach.

£23 inclusive of holiday pay, plus overtime pay.

- Managing complex, fast‑moving calendars for Partners, MDs and senior team members
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising domestic and international travel with accuracy and confidence
- Processing expenses, invoices, and a range of administrative tasks
- Supporting team queries and stepping in wherever needed
- Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a close‑knit, collaborative team
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in financial services, professional services, PR or events
- At least 2 years in financial services or investment - essential for understanding the pace, expectations, and precision required
- A proactive, composed, and solutions‑focused approach
- Possess the ability to think independently, use initiative, and resolve issues effectively.
- Previous experience supporting large teams within a highly demanding environment is highly desirable.
