EA to Board Member & Special Project Team

EA to Board member (6 months FTC), possibility to work remotely after initial onboarding period

You’ll deliver exceptional executive support to a C-Suite member and a group of Project Directors, partnering with a network of EAs both home and abroad to ensure seamless operations at the highest level for this special international project. The mission is to enable senior leaders to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities of national and international defence significance.

Day-to-day you will:

• Meticulously manage an intensive, extremely fluid calendar for the ExCo member with additional support to additional project Directors
• Take ownership of end-to-end international meeting coordination including agenda creation, minute taking and coordinating travel and venues
• Handle sensitive government and national security information with utmost integrity and discretion
• Manage shifting priorities with composure, diplomacy and professionalism

Essential

• 5-10 years continuous residence in the UK is vital to clear security
• 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives within international or joint venture organisations
• Ability to travel occasionally within the UK when required (expenses paid)
• Ability to attend onsite for onboarding weeks prior to continuing in  remote capacity (locations include Thames Valley area, Central London and the North West)
• Proven ability to collaborate with international partners in a multinational cross-cultural environment – exposure to national and foreign government ideal
• Italian, German, Turkish or Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.
