Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant to join a highly collaborative boutique investment firm in London.
Supporting a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Senior Associates, and VPs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced and professional team environment. This is a business that genuinely values its assistants, where collaboration, teamwork, and support are part of the culture.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and confident working within the investment sector. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years gained within the investment sector. You'll be comfortable managing busy schedules, coordinating across multiple time zones, and handling complex international travel arrangements.
Your duties will include, but are not limited too:
12 month assignment | 5 days in office | Overtime Pay | £26 inclusive of holiday pay

- Extensive diary and calendar management for MD level and wider team support
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising complex international and domestic travel arrangements
- Booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Supporting colleagues and providing cover where needed
- Assisting with day-to-day team coordination and administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
