Job Description
Located in a luxury office building with irresistible amenities, this is an exciting opportunity for a polished and proactive Senior Admin Assistant to join the Asset and Wealth Management division of a leading Global Investment firm for a duration of 6 months with potential for extension.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative work within customer service or investment and will play a key role in providing admin support to ambitious Associates and Junior VP level on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for coordinating conference calls across multiple cities and time zones, therefore flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Prior experience of working in a remotely managed fast paced environment is ideal.
Key responsibilities:
· Detailed calendar and diary management for executives
· Coordinate domestic and international travel as required including visa procurement
· Accurately manage expenses and invoices in a timely manner
· Arrange catering and room bookings for conference meetings
What we need from you:
· Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supporting executives in customer service or investment across multiple teams
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Utmost discretion when handling confidential business matters and documentation
