Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy and constantly changing diaries and calendars
- Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expenses, invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact and providing support with team queries
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative requirements
- Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a collaborative support team
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, team assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and get involved
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
