Job Description
We’re looking for Receptionists to join our established temp network, supporting leading investment firms across a variety of short-term assignments.

Experience within Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking or Professional Services is highly desirable, although we’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong corporate reception experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees
- Welcoming guests in a warm, professional and polished manner
- Managing a busy reception area and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Answering and directing calls professionally and efficiently
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating room requirements
- Liaising with internal teams, clients and external suppliers
- Coordinating visitor arrivals and providing a seamless guest experience
- Supporting with general office administration and ad hoc tasks
- Assisting with events, catering and meeting requirements where needed
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
