Support WorkerNetwork Healthcare in Reading are currently looking to recruit Support Workers that are able to drive, to work in supported living environments. You will join our team of highly motivated and enthusiastic staff in Reading and surrounding areas.Job Title: Support WorkerRates of pay £12 - £14 p/hJob Type: Full/Part-timeThe Candidate:***Essential - to have held a full clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years***You must be able to provide high quality support, enabling our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will support them to live their lives as independently as possible. You should be:

• Experience in health and social care
• Experience in mental health & self harm
• Driver - essential
• Right to Work in the UK
• Flexible and adaptable
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be arranged by us)
• Care Certificate
• Able to undertake additional training and to further your opportunities
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to use initiative but able to work as part of a team
