The Talent crowd are working with an Award winning Law Firm in central Leeds, They actively expanding and recruiting in various departments due to such success, this particular role is for the Reception department being the face and organisation of the business.
Duties
- To welcome all clients and visitors to the office in a welcoming and professional manner and inform the person they are seeing of their arrival.
- Answer the telephone promptly and professionally ensuring calls are passed to the correct department and dealt with in line with client policies and procedures
- Inspect and maintain the Reception area and meetings rooms ensuring they are kept clean
- Report any defects to the Facilities Co-ordinator.
- Welcoming new starters and assist them in finding their way around while they become familiar with their new office.
- Liaising with the Facilities to ensure that all business-wide services are carried out appropriately.
- Assistance with meeting rooms set ups and clearing after meetings.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist staff booking rooms.
- Provide support to the Office Manager in the set up and management of events.
- Adhere to the appearance standard whilst performing the reception duties
- Work closely with other members of the Facilities Team, provide cover for other annual leave within the team if required.

Hours- Full time
- 08.30 - 17.30
- Occasional need to start early (8am) or to finish late (c.6.30) where there are events. Hours to be adjusted on that day to start late or finish early depending where the business need is.
