Your Ideal Profile:
The ideal Head Chef has previous experience in a similar environment, working with fresh food menus at a high standard, in fast paced venues with strong experience in high volume and managing teams.
Your mission:
- Producing consistent delicious dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard, along with amazing special you get to create!
- Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to and completing all corresponding due diligence.
- Careful management, ordering, and counting of stock.
- Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team, always encouraging development and growth.
