£90,000-£110,000+

As a pivotal figure within the organisation, you will be entrusted with the continued development of the department. Your role will not only involve meticulous management of case files but your responsibilities will also extend to networking and business development.

It is an ideal role for a driven solicitor who is either looking for another partnership role or for someone who feels they have hit a glass ceiling and is ready for their next challenge. It is essential that you have a following or the ability to generate work through your connections. This will impact your annual salary, if you have the right connections, a base salary of over £100,000 is achievable. 

What we need from you: 

- A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in family law, with a proven track record of successful case management.
- Accurate Billings information
- A natural aptitude for business development, with a history of building and maintaining a client base.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for forging strong professional relationships.
