Job Description
£35.00 p/h
West Yorkshire
37 hours p/w, minimum 3 month contract
What you need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
- Previous experience within a Transitions Team or a similar Young adult social care setting is essential
- Completed relevant post-qualifying training
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and written skills
