As a Qualified Social Worker in our Safeguarding Team, you’ll be part of a professional, reflective, and outcomes-focused service that is committed to making a difference.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
✔️ Manage a varied and complex caseload
✔️ Undertake thorough child and family assessments
✔️ Lead safeguarding interventions and child protection planning
✔️ Prepare and present high-quality reports for court and attend proceedings
✔️ Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals
✔️ Focus on delivering positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families
 
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced, passionate social workers who:
✅ Are registered with Social Work England
✅ Have at least 3 years post-qualified experience in children’s safeguarding
✅ Possess strong court work and case management skills
✅ Are confident working in a multi-agency environment
✅ Are reflective, resilient, and dedicated to achieving the best for children
✅ Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
