- Manage a varied caseload of children with complex needs
- Complete high‑quality assessments, plans and reviews
- Work closely with families, education, health and partner agencies
- Promote independence, safety and positive outcomes
- Experience working within a Disabled Children’s Team or similar specialist service
- Social Work England registration
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
