MASH Social Worker – Warwickshire

Pertemps is seeking an experienced MASH Social Worker to join Warwickshire’s fast‑paced Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub. This is a key frontline role where you’ll help ensure children receive the right support at the right time.

You will:

• Screen and triage incoming referrals from professionals and the public
• Analyse risk and gather information from partner agencies
• Make clear, evidence‑based decisions to safeguard children
• Work within a supportive, multi‑disciplinary environment

You need:

• Experience working within a MASH, duty, assessment or safeguarding service
• Social Work England registration
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
