About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Agency Social Worker to join a dedicated Child Health Disability Service in Flintshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with disabilities and their families. You will undertake assessments, care planning, safeguarding responsibilities, and work closely with multi-agency partners to deliver positive outcomes.
