Equipment Refurbishment & Preparation:
  • Arrange inspections of equipment entering stock and identify refurbishment requirements.

    • Review workshop recommendations and associated costs to maximise resale value and profitability.

    • Develop, coordinate and monitor refurbishment plans for each machine.

    • Respond effectively to changes in refurbishment requirements during the process.

Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of customers' businesses, operational requirements and future project pipelines.

    • Discuss finance and payment options where appropriate.

    • Resolve customer concerns by working collaboratively with internal teams.

Inventory Management:
  • Manage used equipment inventory to ensure less than 20% of stock is over 12 months old.

    • Conduct regular yard stock counts.

    • Control the receipt, storage and issue of machine accessories.
