Job Description
To undertake specific responsibilities with regards to Statutory nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
Contract
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
- PAYE via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- It's paying £35.41ph
Principal Accountabilities
- Under take Statutory Nuisance complaint activity and Licensing Responsible Authority work.
- To specifically carry out public health complaint investigations and take enforcement action where necessary in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Provide advice to members of the public and business to assist in compliance with legislation.
- Provide specialist technical support within the Division and to other Council departments as required.
Requirements
- Experience of working with the relevant legislation and/or in a related area.
- Experience of working within a local authority would be an advantage.
- Experience of computer systems, including databases, spreadsheets and GIS.
- Experience of air quality modelling an advantage
