Job Description

Are you a Bed Technician with health care experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the Bedfordshire Area ?
What you need:
  • NHS experience 
  • BTEC, HNC or equivalent level of experience in an appropriate electrical / electronic engineering field
  • Experience in the maintenance and performance checking of beds and mobility aid.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carryout planned preventative maintenance and performance checks to manufacturer’s specification including electrical safety testing.
  • Acceptance testing, planned maintenance and corrective repairs of medical equipment in accordance with the MHRA and OEM documentation
  •  Effective fault finding and repairs of beds and other equipment
The Role
  • This is a 6  month temp contract.  
  • The salary for this role is £16 ph an hour via umbrella
