The Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor

This is a prime role for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to be at the forefront of project delivery, managing key client relationships and mentoring the next generation of talent. You will play a central role in business development alongside the senior leadership team, securing new projects, growing market share, and influencing the strategic direction of the consultancy.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualifications: MRICS or actively working towards it
- Experience: Strong pre and post-contract experience with a successful track record of leading projects from inception to completion and managing Quantity Surveyors
- Sector Experience: Varied sector experience is beneficial, with a consultancy background within the UK being essential
- Attributes: Driven, commercially savvy, and client-centric approach
