Job Description
This role is office based in Barnet.
This position is critical for the director as it allows him to concentrate on high level strategic initivates.
Key Responsilbilities :
- Managing my calendar, meetings, and overall priorities
- Coordinating with internal managers and consolidating reports
- Overseeing administrative aspects of IT access and security
- Assisting with high-value tender enquiries and documentation
- Supporting marketing activities including social media and website updates
- Reviewing subcontractor and client contracts prior to issuance or signing
- Collaborating with me across various businesses in my capacity as Director
- Handling documents, managing tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
You will need to :
- Exceptionally organised

- Driven
- Strong communication skills proactive approach to problem-solving
- Worked in a fast pace environment
- Organised
- Self sufficient as well as able to work as a team
- Experience in Housing environment would be desirable
