Job Description
As a Cleaning Manager, you will:
- Manage the delivery of cleaning services (GMP and non-GMP) at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and full compliance with operational, health, and safety requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Pfizer stakeholders, leading by example to promote positive engagement.
- Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met or exceeded, delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning in partnership with the General Services Manager (GSM).
- Promote and uphold a strong commitment to zero harm, safety, and quality assurance across all site operations.
Requirements / Licences:
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)
- GMP / Clean Room training desirable but not essential
- Proven leadership experience in cleaning operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and administrative acumen
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Proven ability to deliver excellence under pressure
