Plumber (Manual Labour)
Loughborough £18.21 per hour 12-Week Contract
This is a hands-on role carrying out plumbing repairs and general manual labour across a range of council properties. You'll work as part of a dedicated team, helping to deliver high-quality maintenance services while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential and council-owned properties.
Undertake general manual labour duties to support planned and responsive maintenance works.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards.
Maintain a professional approach when working in occupied properties and public spaces.
About You
Previous experience in plumbing and general maintenance or manual labour.
Relevant plumbing qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) or time-served experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with a practical, hands-on approach.
Full UK driving licence is desirable.
