Controls Sales Manager – Colchester - £40,000
 

RGB Network is recruiting a Controls Sales Manager on behalf of a control systems integration business based in Colchester. The business delivers power generation and distribution projects across the UK and internationally, offering design, commissioning and servicing using PLC, networking and SCADA solutions, as well as turnkey control systems for end users. 

Duties:

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance contracts to meet agreed service levels and client expectations.
• Develop client relationships and review portfolios to identify remedial works, upgrades, additional sites and new projects.
• Present account reviews, performance reports and commercial updates to clients and management.
• Support tenders, framework agreements and contract negotiations for national and multi-site clients.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver client requirements safely, efficiently and against agreed KPIs.
• Resolve service issues, escalations and commercial queries while maintaining client relationships.
• Manage contract renewals, prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Liaise with manufacturers and support new accreditations. 

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum
