- Company car or travel expenses
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 26 days
- Private healthcare after probation, pension and training

- Managing multiple projects, clients, engineers, subcontractors, labour, materials, quotations, programmes, variations, budgets, handovers and completion documentation. Typical annual project value: £1–2 million.
