Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a well-established company that specialises in high-performance climate control, refrigeration, and chiller systems. The company is known for delivering energy-efficient solutions and environmentally conscious services to commercial and industrial sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position based within a 20-mile radius of Cardiff.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the service and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration, and chiller systems. Work will primarily be carried out across commercial and industrial sites. Engineers must be comfortable with travel, typically within a 30-mile radius of the site, and will take part in a call-out rota (approximately 1 in 10, depending on location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on chillers, refrigeration units, and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults and complete necessary repairs efficiently
• Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed
• Work to high standards of health and safety and customer service
• Participate in the on-call rota as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chiller Engineer with a strong background in AC, refrigeration, and chillers
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel locally as required
