Key Responsibilities/Experience: - Complex Problem Solving: Provide solutions for drainage, civil, and utility engineering challenges.
- Infrastructure Planning and Design skills:
- Develop conceptual drainage schemes.
- Negotiate and secure S104 and S106 agreements with sewerage authorities.
- Interpret and discharge planning conditions related to drainage, highways, and infrastructure.
- Use 3D design software for utility clash detection analysis.
- Develop infrastructure design packages from concept through to construction.
- Software Proficiency:
- Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage for network modelling in various environments.
-Technical Documentation: Produce technical memos, design reports, and drawings/models.
- Highways Design: Familiarity with UK design standards and experience negotiating S38 and S278 applications.
Required Experience: - Post-Graduate Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a design consultancy or contracting environment.
- Project Work: Experience in both single and multi-discipline projects, with a preference for those with project management experience.
