Bank, building society and post office managers oversee the smooth operation of banking and postal services. They manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Tasks required include:

• Participates in the formulation of strategic and long-term business plans, assesses the implications for the organisation financial mechanisms and oversees their implementation.

What are the entry requirements for a Bank Manager?
