Conference managers and organisers coordinate activities of staff, convention personnel or clients to make arrangements for group meetings, events or conventions.

Tasks required include:

  • Discusses conference and exhibition requirements with clients and advises on facilities.
  • Develops proposal for the event, and presents proposal to client.
  • Allocates exhibition space to exhibitors.
