What does a Hydrographic Surveyor do?
Hydrographic surveyors measure and map marine environments. They collect scientific data in order to study the underwater topography and morphology of bodies of water.
Tasks required include:
- Surveys, measures and describes land surfaces to establish property boundaries and to aid with construction or cartographic work.
