We are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and enjoys being fully involved in the day-to-day operation.

 
This is not a corporate, desk-based position — we want a natural leader who builds strong relationships with their team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.


Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team

• Take a hands-on approach to service, supporting the team during busy periods

• Drive high standards across all service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

• Build a positive, collaborative culture as a strong team player

• Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Work closely with senior management to drive revenue and operational success

Requirements 

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role

• A natural leader with experience leading teams effectively

• A hands-on management style with a passion for being present on the floor

• Strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• A proactive and flexible approach to work

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
