- Teaching a KS2 class of 3–6 pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Planning and delivering tailored, differentiated lessons
- Creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and external specialists
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Proven experience working within an SEN setting
- Strong understanding of needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD or MLD
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
