What does a Team Manager (Community Care) do?
Community workers develop plans to improve quality of life in local communities. They investigate and assess the community's issues and needs, manage resources and develop implementation strategies. They work with communities focusing on specific groups and liaise closely with social workers, schools and local authorities.
Tasks required include:
- Organises social, recreational and educational activities in local community and youth groups.

What are the entry requirements for a Team Manager (Community Care)?
