  Valuers investigate properties to determine their value for sales, mortgage and insurance purposes. They make an inventory of fixtures, compose a schedule of condition of property and prepare reports for both commercial and residential properties.

  Tasks required include:

  • Examines plans, drawings, specifications, parts lists, etc. and specifies the materials and components required.
  • Assesses condition, location, desirability and amenities of property to be valued.
