Admin Assistant (Temp Cover)

 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: £14.59 per hour
Location: Northam 
 
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to provide administrative support within a busy engineering business supplying specialist services and products to aerospace and industrial clients. The role involves liaising with customers, raising invoices, and carrying out general administrative tasks while working closely with colleagues.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Liaising with customers and handling enquiries

    •  Raising and processing invoices accurately

    • General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office support

    •  Working closely with colleagues to support day-to-day operations

    • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
       

 
Requirements:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills

    •  Strong communication skills

    • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
