Commercial Account Executive
Covering the Sheffield to Peterborough and North Norfolk patch home-based but required to visit the Head office at Rubery at least once a month.
Salary £65-70,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Insurance professional to join a growing and ambitious insurance business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients, and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing client relationships, supporting new business activity, and contributing to the continued growth and development of the commercial division.

Commercial Account Executive key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and mid-market clients
    • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and understanding their evolving insurance requirements
    • Delivering high levels of service and tailored insurance solutions
    • Supporting new business opportunities and contributing to business growth
    • Working closely with internal service teams to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing account management
    • Supporting the development and management of affinity partnerships
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurer partners
    • Providing technical and operational support to colleagues where required
    • Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies
The successful Commercial Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:-
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within Commercial Insurance
    • Proven experience managing a commercial book of business
    • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
    • Experience working within a sales and customer-focused environment
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of Acturis
  • Progress towards CII qualifications
