🕒 4 on / 4 off (6pm – 6am, can be flexible)
We’re looking for a Night Shift Transport Admin to join a busy transport office supporting a large 3PL client. If you’re organised, can think on your feet, and don’t mind a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

It’s a busy environment, especially on nights. Things can change quickly (delays, route changes, last-minute issues), so you’ll need to be able to adapt and think fast. There’s a lot going on, but no two shifts are the same. You’ll be part of a team, but you’ll also need to be confident working independently and making decisions when needed.

- Helping keep the transport office running smoothly overnight
- Speaking with drivers, warehouse staff, and the wider team
- Keeping paperwork and systems up to date
- Tracking vehicles coming in and out and making sure everything’s on schedule
- Dealing with any issues that pop up during the shift
- General admin and data entry
What we’re looking for:
- Someone organised and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to stay calm when things get busy
- Comfortable working nights and sometimes on your own
- Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
