PROPERTY PARALEGAL – COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL, 3+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £30,000 £35,000 DOE, LONDON. This is a great opportunity for a property paralegal to build on their experience, with a clear path towards moving into an independent fee earning role. JOB REF: 4058

•Experienced Paralegal role within a busy Commercial and Residential Property team, managing a diverse caseload with a strong emphasis on commercial property work and residential new-build plot sales for developers.

•Responsibilities include drafting leases, licences, contracts, and other property related documents, as well as supporting option agreements, conditional purchases, and auction transactions. The role also offers progression toward independently managing files under supervision.

•The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and/or residential property law.

•You should be capable of opening, managing, and progressing your own caseload independently, while being comfortable working with minimal secretarial support and taking responsibility for associated administrative tasks.
