Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor | NQ+ PQE | Devon | Competitive Salary DOE
A well-established and growing law firm in Devon is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with a few years' post-qualification experience who is looking to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, renewals, and general development matters. There may also be some involvement in residential conveyancing, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied caseload.
The firm is looking for an ambitious and commercially aware individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach and willingness to assist across different property matters will be highly valued.
In return, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible hybrid working arrangements, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for career progression. This is a fantastic chance to join a firm that is committed to supporting its people and investing in their long-term development.
