Job Description
We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation within the construction industry, who are looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join their team in Stirling.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking to develop their career within a busy and growing construction environment.
You will be working closely with the wider HR team and supporting managers across the business, you will provide effective HR administration and support across a range of people-related activities. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position, as the role will require travel between sites when necessary.

- Providing day-to-day HR administration and support
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting absence, holiday and employee documentation processes
- Assisting with employee queries and general HR enquiries
- Supporting managers with HR-related matters
- Assisting with training and development administration
- Preparing HR reports and documentation
- Supporting HR processes and ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring employee information is handled appropriately
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar role
- A good understanding of HR administration and processes
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage confidential information professionally
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience within the construction, engineering or a similar industry would be advantageous
