dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing site in
Ledbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided – no previous experience in food production is necessary, although it is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
- Ensuring all health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
- Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
- Adapting to various tasks as required by your team leader or shift manager.
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).
Working Hours:This is a
rotational shift role, alternating weekly between:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
Flexibility is required, including the
willingness to work on some bank holidays, as part of the site's operational needs.

Candidate Requirements:- Must be comfortable working in food environments, as this is essential to the role.
- A basic level of English is required to understand safety instructions and production processes.
- Must be physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in food production, warehouse work, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.
