Administrator

 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Recycling centre located near Andover. This is a full time, office based, temp to permanent position.

 

Responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Taking telephone calls, processing customer orders and answering customer queries   

    • Booking in jobs and processing data 

    • Document & Data Management, Environment agency returns

    • Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems

    • Generate reports and process invoices

    • Monitor and Maintain employee training schedules

    • Weighbridge admin holiday cover

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous Administrative experience

    • Experience in an industrial setting is advantageous

    • Excellent telephone manner

    • Proficient Microsoft experience

    • Own Transport due to location 

 

The Administrator Role: 

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm 

    • £15 per hour (rising after 6 month probation)

    • Occasional Saturday mornings required, paid at £20 per hour

    • Temp to perm position
