Technical Sales Advisor 

 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a leading business near Basingstoke on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This position will be working 20 hours per week. 

 

Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Advisor: 

• Provide sales, technical and commercial support. 
  
  
• Receive and process sales enquiries/quotations.
  
  
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  
  
• Maintain and update CRM database.
  
  
• Capture and record relevant sales and technical data as required.
  
  
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
  
  
• Build relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse.
  
  

 

Requirements for this position: 

• Excellent telephone manner 
  
  
• Previous customer service experience
  
  
• Confident Microsoft user 
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Own transport due to rural location 
  
  

 

The Technical Sales Advisor Role: 

• Monday – Friday 
  
  
• 20 hours per week (must include 11am – 2pm) 
  
  
• Salary of £14,248 per annum 
  
  
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata 
  
  
• Company wide bonus scheme
