Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing health and wellness business in a varied Administrative Assistant role. Working as part of a collaborative and client-focused team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of business, whilst helping to deliver an excellent experience for clients.
As the first point of contact for many clients, this is a highly visible position that combines administration, client coordination and front-of-house responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling enquiries, coordinating bookings, processing payments and maintaining accurate records, whilst ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and reflective of the high standards of the business.
The role will require you to be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities. Alongside the administrative responsibilities, you will be confident communicating with clients, building rapport and supporting them throughout their experience with the clinic. This is not simply a back-office administrative role; the ability to deliver excellent service and build positive relationships is equally important.
As an individual, you will be confident, personable and comfortable working within a busy, people-focused environment. You will enjoy taking ownership of your workload, working closely with colleagues and contributing to a positive client experience. The business is looking for someone who can combine strong organisational skills with a warm, professional approach and a genuine passion for helping people.
