This is a key role within the Service Delivery and Operations Team, responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across client sites.

Key Accountabilities
1. Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Perform regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose faults effectively and implement appropriate solutions to minimise operational disruption.
- Ensure continuous operation of electrical systems across all client sites.
- Maintain professional standards of conduct when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Complete accurate job reports via mobile device after every visit.
- Participate in out-of-hours or emergency response arrangements where required.
Essential
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) in Electrical Inspection and Testing.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Minimum three years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Certification in Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
- Additional training in high-voltage systems or renewable energy technologies.
